Meet Laura Burke
Laura shares insights on taking care of customers, demonstrating appreciation, keeping in touch, and more in this CanvasRebel interview.
“An important skill as a designer is to be a good listener and pay attention to what your clients really want not necessarily want you want to give them.
I always get asked ‘what’s my style’. I tell my clients that my style is your style and their home needs to reflect where they’ve been, who they are, and what they like.
In a nutshell, I ask a lot of upfront questions that seem kind of redundant, but the end product needs to feel comfortable, functional, and enjoyable.”
